Managing Documents

An object in YaPlm of the type Document is used for managing files in the system.

 

The main features that characterize a document are:

 

- Can be revision managed, refer to Life Cycle Operations

- Can have linked files

- Authorization can be controlled by Roles

- Can be a Document Template or be based on one
