Properties Tab: General Tab
The Properties Tab for all document classes is based on the same layout. Notice that all attributes are not available for all classes.
 State The document state, refer to Managing Document Lifecycles

 Phase The phase which the document is approved for, refer to Managing Document Lifecycles
