The Item Specification is an automatically generated Item report from YaPlm which describes the Item. The Item Specification is initially created in .html format and during the approval process a .pdf file is automatically generated.
The information on the Item Specification is retrieved from the Item and its Main Documents. If the Item has a structure, the Item BOM is also displayed.
To View the Item Specification:
- Mark an 'Item Specification' without a file and select View Item Specification from the right click menu
The Item Specification will be created on the fly and opened in the web browser
