To Replace a Variant in an Assembly
The function Replace Revision/Variant makes it possible to replace a variant in a SolidWorks structure with another variant from the same family.
To Replace a Variant in an Assembly
- Select the variant to be replaced in the SolidWorks structure and select Component -> Replace Revision/Variant.
- The selected object revisions and variants is displayed in a dialog. Mark the desired variant and press OK
The selected detail in the SolidWorks structure is replaced with the selected variant
