To Copy a File from the Vault to the Working Directory

A read only copy of the file in the vault can be copied out to the working directory using the function Make Local Copy

To Copy a File to the Working Directory

- Mark an object of the type Document and select Make Local Copy from the right click menu

A copy of all the files associated to the document are copied out to the working directory
