Redlining

The redline functionality makes it possible to redline .pdf files in the workflow

To redline a pdf file:

- Right click on a process and select Check Out and Redline PDF

The deafult application for .pdf editing on the client will be opened with the redling .pdf file

- Perform the desired redlining in the .pdf file

- Save the .pdf file and close the application

Next step is to reject the document so it will be sent back to the initiator

When the document is rejected the Redlined document is displayed under the files tab
