To Brake the Link Between a PartFactory and a Variant

If a new revision is created on a variant the link between the PartFactory and the variant is broken.

To brake the link between a Part Factory and a variant

- Select a variant in state Released/Checked In and choose New Revision/New Copy from the context menu

A warning is shown:

- Click OK to make a new revision and brake the link to its PartFactory

A new revision of the variant has been created and it has no longer any link to the PartFactory
